The strong response came after weeks of interest during the preview period, which drew thousands of visitors to the River Modern sales gallery. Buyers were largely Singaporeans and permanent residents, with many purchasing units for their own stay rather than purely for investment.
Broad Demand Across Unit Types
Sales were healthy across all unit categories. Three-bedroom units proved to be the most popular, with about 95% of the available units taken up, while two-bedroom units saw around 88% sold. Four-bedroom homes also attracted steady demand, with approximately 80% sold during the launch weekend.
